Breeder Description

Kiteroa Goldens aim for the healthiest happiest family dogs possible. We nurture the puppies in our home on 16acres with Puppy culture and Avidog practices for the best well rounded social and trainable puppies. As they grow you have access to videos and photos of your puppy and all puppies have daily enrichment play equipment. They are mostly toilet and lead trained by 8 weeks. Your puppy comes with 8 weeks free pet insurance, a folder with a diet sheet and copies of parents health tests and Limited Registration with Dogs Australia (ANKC) as well as a great puppy pack which includes 2kg puppy kibble, a bed, collar and lead, quite a few toys, brush, travel bowl, bath towel and heartbeat bear to make the first few nights bearable.

Overview of Puppy Health

Our puppies are raised with Avidog and Puppy Culture protocols. Puppy Culture is a socialization and training program specifically developed for puppies from birth through the end of their critical socialization period, with age appropriate protocols, Enrichment play, adventure walks and lessons. Avidog provides a large scope of education to breeders, from how to have and maintain health dogs, to best breeding practices, to training and raising puppies and properly matching puppies with families. Program components are too many to list, but a few include: Preparing strong and health breeding dogs: Understanding genetics, epigenetic, prenatal nutrition, effects of parental stress, and more How puppies develop and how to teach skills to puppies How to reduce behavioral problems How to evaluate puppies and match them with families We have completed Avidog's Transformational Dog Breeding Program, Transformational Puppy Rearing, and regularly participate in the Avidog Breeder College discussion group. The puppies have a complete health check by the vet at their 6 week vaccination and regular worming.
